Shipping


Here at ComicDetail, its important for us to have your order shipped ASAP.
Our #1 priority is to have your order boxed up and send on its way to you as soon as possible.

General Shipping

  • When available, you will be supplied with a tracking number for your order.
  • We send out orders in large batches a minimum of twice a week. 
  • We ship globally, within reason.
  • We ship from our headquarters in British Columbia, Canada.
  • Orders sent to Canada and the USA will be provided with tracking numbers so you can follow your order to your door.
  • Please note the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may arise.
  • If your order order arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival so we can take care of it for you.
  • If you suspect your order may have been lost by the postal carrier please contact us so we can investigate it for you.

 

International Orders Policy
International orders are orders OUTSIDE of the USA and Canada.

  • Orders sent Internationally may take longer and may not have active tracking. Unfortunately this is due to other countries postal systems and is beyond our control.
  • We will provide a tracking number if it is available.
  • Unfortunately due to the inconsistencies in other country's postal systems, we will not be responsible for any damaged or lost INTERNATIONAL orders. All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
