If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product to us within 30 days of ordering. The following policies apply:

• Contact us for a RMA Ticket before sending the product to us. We will not be able to accept any returns which do not have an RMA Ticket.
• Returns of any consumable product must still have 50% or more of the product remaining in the container.
• We will not accept returns for a product that has been abused, misused, destroyed, or otherwise in poor condition.
• Our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, as shipping costs are non refundable. This means if, for example, you used a free shipping coupon or flat rate shipping, we will deduct the actual amount that it cost us to ship your order from your refund. Note that on most occasions we pay more to ship your order than what we charge you.
• You must send the product back to our main office located in BC, Canada. Mailing address will be provided when you initiate a return request.
• Returns must be sent pre-paid without any additional charges for us to accept it. Unfortunately we will have to reject any returns that have postage, taxes, or duties due.
• Your refund will be issued after we have received and inspected your return.
